Linkeewala — Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Linkeewala mobile application (the "App"), published by Codeleka ("we", "us", "our").

By downloading, installing, or using Linkeewala, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Nature of Service

Linkeewala is a browser + link management tool. It allows users to:

• Create and manage link groups.
• Save, organize, and share web links.
• Browse websites via an in-app browser or external browser.
• Download certain files from websites, where technically and legally permitted.

The App does not own or control the content of any website you visit, any files you download, or any links you save. All external content is the responsibility of the respective website owner or service provider.

3. User Accounts & Login

• You may need an account or login to sync links, manage groups, or use certain features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate any account that we believe is being used in violation of these Terms, applicable laws, or for fraudulent activity.

4. Link Groups & User-Generated Content

The App allows you to create, save, and share link groups and URLs ("User Content").

• Your saved links and groups are private by default and are visible only to you, unless you choose to share them.
• If you share a group or link (e.g., via a Group ID, share link, or screenshot), the recipient(s) may view, copy, or re-save that content in their own account or app.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that the links and content you save or share do not violate any law, copyright, privacy rights, or terms of third-party websites.
• You must not use Linkeewala to share malicious, harmful, illegal, or abusive content.

We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to remove or restrict User Content that we believe violates these Terms, legal obligations, or third-party rights.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

You agree that you will not use the App to:

• Engage in any illegal activity or violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Access, share, or distribute pirated content, copyrighted material without permission, or any content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Share or promote malware, phishing links, scams, or fraudulent websites.
• Upload, store, or share content that is hateful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Violate the privacy of others, including sharing personal or confidential information without consent.
• Bypass technical protections of websites, circumvent paywalls, or abuse website terms of service.
• Reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with the App or its security features.

You understand that you are fully responsible for how you use the App and for the content and links you access or share. We are not liable for any misuse or illegal use of the App by users.

6. Premium, Subscription & Cancellation

6.1 Premium Features

Linkeewala may offer optional Premium or ad-free features. These may include, for example, removal of ads, enhanced browsing, or additional tools. The exact features may change over time.

6.2 Payments & Billing

• Premium access may be offered as a one-time purchase or as a recurring subscription (e.g., monthly or yearly).
• Payments are processed through the app store provider (such as Google Play). We do not store your full payment information.
• By subscribing, you authorize the app store to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

6.3 Auto-Renewal

• Subscription plans may automatically renew at the end of each billing period (e.g., monthly or yearly), unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• The renewal price will be the same as the original subscription price, unless we have notified you of a price change in accordance with app store rules and applicable law.

6.4 Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings (e.g., Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions).
• Uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.
• After cancellation, you will retain access to Premium features until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free version of the App.

6.5 Refunds

• Refunds are generally handled according to the policies of the app store provider (e.g., Google Play), as well as applicable consumer protection laws.
• We do not guarantee refunds beyond what is required by app store policies or local law.
• If you believe you were charged in error, you may contact the app store’s support and/or our support team for assistance.

6.6 Changes to Pricing & Features

• We may modify Premium features or pricing from time to time.
• Any changes will apply to future billing periods and, where required, we will notify you in advance or via the app store.

7. Permissions & Data Usage

The App may request permissions such as network access, storage, notifications, and other technical permissions to enable browsing, downloading, and saving links. We use these only for providing the app’s functionality, analytics, and advertising, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

By granting permissions, you allow the App to perform the corresponding functions. You can deny or revoke permissions at any time via your device settings; however, certain features may not function properly without the required permissions.

8. Third-Party Services & External Websites

Linkeewala acts as a browser and link manager. It may display or open third-party websites, services, and content, including suggested quick links or user-added links.

• We do not own or control these third-party websites or services.
• We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or security of third-party websites.
• Any interaction with third-party websites (including logins, payments, or sharing personal data) is solely between you and that third party.
• We do not collect, store, or share the login credentials you enter directly into third-party website forms inside the in-app browser (WebView) or external browser.

You should carefully review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website or service you visit.

9. Intellectual Property

• The App, its design, logo, and core code are owned by Codeleka or licensed to us.
• You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on your devices for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
• You may not copy, redistribute, sell, decompile, or modify the App, except as explicitly allowed by law.
• All trademarks, logos, and names of third-party websites or services opened via Linkeewala belong to their respective owners. We do not claim any ownership or partnership by displaying or linking to them.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

10.1 "As Is" Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

10.2 No Responsibility for External Content

We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or legal issues arising from:

• Websites you visit using the App.
• Files you download using the App.
• Links and content saved or shared by you or other users.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codeleka and its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or reputation, arising out of your use or inability to use the App.

If we are found liable for any claim, our total liability shall be limited to the amount you paid (if any) for using the Premium features of the App during the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

11. Termination & Suspension

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, misused the App, or engaged in unlawful activity.
• You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and, where applicable, canceling your subscription via the app store.
• Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Certain provisions of these Terms (such as limitation of liability and intellectual property rights) will continue to apply.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page and may provide in-app notice for major changes.

Your continued use of the App after any changes means that you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the App and, if applicable, cancel any subscriptions.
